Abstract: This short note aims to provide the key to handling the RUME (2010), NEEMSIS-1 (2016-17), and NEEMSIS-2 (2020-21) panel data sets, a first-hand survey panel collected within the Observatory of Rural Dynamics and Inequalities. After briefly reviewing the data collected in ten villages in rural South India and cross-sectional identifiers, this note provides the details necessary to assemble these surveys longitudinally. An example from the Stata software and construction keys for future waves are provided.

After a brief description of the data collected in ten villages in rural South India, this note provides the details needed to link the questions to the Big-5 traits and gives the correct answer to the Raven matrix test.
